How do I wash my illumibite?
To clean the mouthpiece of your flashlight, detach it from the body of the illumibite and wash it under warm water using mild soap, ensuring that you rinse it thoroughly to eliminate all soap residue. Refrain from using harsh chemicals to prevent any damage. Let the mouthpiece air dry completely before reattaching it and replacing the cap.
Is there a warranty with my illumibite?
We provide a 1-year electronics warranty with every illumibite unit. During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect in electrical function is confirmed by illumibite, we will replace the unit at no additional charge.
