How is Lumiq Tablet different from a regular tablet?
Lumiq Tablet is built around interactive stories. Kids can read, make choices and become part of a story, without a web browser, ads or short-form videos competing for their attention.
What kinds of stories can my child explore?
Kids can enjoy familiar classics and LumiqOriginal stories about everyday experiences. Retale also lets them choose different paths through classic stories and see what happens next.
Can I record my voice for my child?
Yes. You can record your voice so your child can hear you read a story, even when you’re apart.
Can my child appear in a story?
Yes. With ImagiMe, you can use a photo to make your child, or both of you, characters in a story.
How does Lumiq Studio use our photos and voice recordings?
We use them only to create the personalized books you choose, with your permission. Lumiq Studio does not use your family’s photos or voice recordings for other purposes.
What can I manage in Parent Zone?
You can use age and time filters and see which books your child has been reading.
Does Lumiq Tablet need Wi‑Fi?
Downloaded stories work offline, making them handy for car rides and flights. Wi‑Fi is needed to get new stories, use AI features and receive updates.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every Lumiq Tablet includes unlimited access to our book library, and you can try ImagiMe and Custom Voice without subscribing. An optional subscription plan gives extended access to these features, and it starts with a 30-day free trial.
