Frequently Asked Questions
Each monitor comes with a 1-month free data trial for you to try out our services. At the end of your trial, we will ask if you’d like to upgrade to the 1, 2 or 3-year plan to make use of our special discounts or if you would prefer to remain on our default plan which is $9.99/pcm.
With any of our available plans, your health and location monitor will send you health, activity and location data with all features enabled. Without a plan, you will only be able to access your in-app pet journal for keeping your pet’s personal information updated and set reminders for appointments. You will also be able to track your pet’s ambient temperature and sleeping positions. You will not be able to track your pet’s location in real-time or access any of the other health, location or activity features without upgrading to a plan.
For those on a monthly $9.99 plan, you can cancel anytime and the app will stop sending data at the end of your monthly period. For those on the longer-term plans, the health monitor will continue to display your data on the app, until your plan has ended. If you do not wish to renew your subscription with us, you may cancel at the renewal stage.
Currently, we cover 150 countries worldwide, which means you will still be able to review your pets’ health, activity and location data in all of the major countries worldwide. Please visit our campaign page for a full list of operating areas.
We use advanced analytics to suggest the right products and services to you in your area. We are on-boarding new partners all the time across a wide range of services in many different countries. However, this feature may not be available everywhere in the world at the moment. If you would like us to launch more services in your area, please drop us a line as this will help us expand faster.

Expected delivery times vary depending on your location and this information will be reflected on the order page. We have developed the apps to be compatible with IOS and Android smartphones. The app will be available to download through each respective store. When you order your health & location monitor, the instructions on how to get started will be sent to you along with your device.
In the box you will receive your health and location monitor (47mm x 36mm x 15mm), a USB type-C charging cable and a guidebook to help you get started. Your new collar will not be included inside the box but it will be posted in the same package.
